Enterprise Terms

These Enterprise Terms cover TestDriver Enterprise: the monthly subscription, and the setup and test-maintenance work sold alongside it at testdriver.ai/enterprise.

They are in addition to the TestDriver Platform Terms, which govern your use of the TestDriver platform itself. Where the two disagree about enterprise plans or expert services specifically, these terms apply.

1. Who provides the services

Services are provided by the TestDriver Experts Program.

TestDriver Experts are certified third-party software development partners. Every TestDriver Expert is screened for technical ability, speed, and English communication, and must be able to create a complex signup and interaction test in under three hours.

TestDriver Experts have a direct line to the TestDriver team.

2. Guided Setup

Guided Setup is included with every plan sold through /enterprise. A TestDriver Expert walks your team through installing TestDriver, wiring it into CI, and getting your first test running, and answers questions in a shared channel with your team and the TestDriver team.

Onboarding time varies, but most teams have their first test running within a week.

3. Fully Managed

Fully Managed is an add-on. On top of Guided Setup, a TestDriver Expert creates new tests, updates tests as your app changes, investigates failures, files bug reports, fixes tests, and manages your deployment.

You manage your TestDriver Expert directly, in the chat app you chose during setup.

4. Hours, scope and billing

Fully Managed packages start at 10 hours per week, or roughly three to four tests per week.

Hours do not roll over. Billing is flat each month, whether or not the hours in a given week are used.

Any additional hours beyond the package are arranged directly between you and your TestDriver Expert, and are not billed by TestDriver.

Scope is confirmed with you before work starts. Where the setup you describe is larger than the plan usually covers, we will agree what is in scope with you in your shared channel.

5. Price and billing

TestDriver Enterprise is a flat monthly subscription, currently $995 per month. There are no tiers, seat counts, or metered usage, so the amount does not change with how much you test. The exact figure for your plan, including any discount applied to it, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Your first month is charged at checkout, and the subscription renews monthly on the same date until cancelled.

In your first 30 days a TestDriver Expert opens a shared channel with your team, deploys TestDriver to your repository, gets your suite running, and works with you until your first tests are merged. Where your plan covers it, this also includes configuring virtual machines and any customization you have asked for.

You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges but does not by itself refund a charge already made; refunds are governed by Section 6.

6. Money-back guarantee

If TestDriver is not working for your team, you may request a full refund of your first month by telling your TestDriver Expert in your shared channel, or by emailing support@testdriver.ai, within 30 days of your checkout date.

The guarantee covers your first monthly charge in full. It does not cover any later monthly charge, or any amount arranged directly between you and a TestDriver Expert outside of TestDriver billing.

A refund under this Section ends the services and cancels the subscription. The guarantee applies once per team.

This Section is an express exception to the “all sales are final” rule in Section 8.3 of the TestDriver Platform Terms.

7. Subscription and cancellation

Expert services are billed monthly as part of your TestDriver subscription, and renew each month until cancelled. Except as set out in Section 6, cancellation, refunds, and payment terms are governed by the TestDriver Platform Terms.
